Information and enquiries
The website provides general information about accident support. It does not determine liability, guarantee that an insurer will pay, or replace advice on your individual circumstances. Contact us so we can assess whether our services are suitable.
Completing the enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp or email message for you to review and send. The form does not submit automatically or create a service agreement. Telephone us for urgent assistance. Do not include medical records, bank details or identity documents in the initial form.
Arranging services
Recovery, storage, repair, replacement vehicle and legal services depend on the circumstances, eligibility and availability. Any hire, repair or other service agreement is separate from these website terms. We explain the proposed arrangements and agreement terms before you decide. Please read those agreements, including any payment responsibilities.
For non-fault claims accepted by Dash Claims, no policy excess is payable to Dash Claims. We seek recovery of reasonable accident-related costs from the at-fault insurer. The absence of a policy excess is not a statement that every possible cost or contractual responsibility is removed.
Legal representatives and external services
Where relevant, we can refer you to an independent legal representative. You may choose your own solicitor or contact your insurer. A solicitor explains their own engagement and funding terms. Any Scottish 100% compensation offer is subject to the accepting solicitor’s applicable terms.
