Sandy at Dash Claims was absolutely brilliant from the very start of our claims process. Sandy is extremely knowledgeable about what he does, and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. He made the process extremely easy from start to finish, and even had us in a lease vehicle just a few hours after our accident (on a Saturday). If you have been in a no fault accident Sandy is your man!

Our cars were wrecked by a car that crashed over a verge into a private car park . Dash claims helped from start to finish from dealing with all the info and pictures for us and getting the cars removed . Chased up the third party insurer right through to sending out our payment. Highly recommend DASH claims. I’m a driving instructor and my car was hit on a roundabout. Called Sandy on a Sunday and he delivered the dual control Audi A3 same as my car next day 10am so I could take my student to the test at 12. Car was booked for repairs and kept me up to date with the progress. All repairs carried out were of the highest standard. Five stars start to finish.

I was involved in a rear end collision where on a lesson, a van crashed into my stationary vehicle at traffic lights. I called Sandy at Dash Claims and within minutes he took control of my accident claim. He gave me advice of what to do at the scene and organised the repair of my car and a replacement vehicle (a brand new Audi A3) while my car was in for repair. At all stages Sandy kept me up to date with the progress of my repair and also looked after my pupil who was understandably shaken. I cannot recommend or thank Sandy at Dash enough! Great service from great people.

I had a non fault accident last November and as most people do , I notified my own insurance company. After 10 days of calling them back and forth, I eventually received a dual controlled courtesy car and my own car was taken for assessment/ repair. Received virtually no contact from them unless I instigated it . My own insurer instructed a 3rd party to handle the claim and again I did most of the calling for updates. Claim was eventually settled but even although it was non fault, it still shows on my policy. After much complaining it was eventually removed. I had the misfortune to be involved in another none fault accident but this time contacted Sandy at Dash Claims, gave Sandy the dash cam footage , not a problem he said , next day he arrives with a dual controlled T-Roc and took my car for repair. Ten days later my own car is back. No calls to ask for updates , no dealing with 3rd parties, Sandy took care of everything and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. Cannot thank Sandy enough or recommend and praise him enough. If your involved in an accident CONTACT SANDY BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING. BTW the 3rd party involved in the collision were reluctant to give insurance details , Sandy got them too . Thanks again Sandy.

If I could give Dashcam six stars instead of five, I absolutely would! I’m genuinely grateful that I came across this company. Unfortunately, I’ve been involved in two accidents, and on both occasions Dashcam have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. A dual-control replacement car was arranged literally the next day, which meant I could get back to work with almost no disruption. The level of professionalism is outstanding. Communication has always been excellent, everything has been clearly explained, and I’ve always felt that there was someone there to help whenever I needed it. After dealing with Dashcam twice now, I honestly couldn’t imagine using anyone else. Hopefully I won’t need their services for a third accident 😄, but if I ever do, I know exactly who I’ll be calling. Two accidents, two excellent experiences, and they have never let me down. Professional, reliable, helpful and genuinely great to deal with. I couldn’t recommend Dashcam highly enough. Definitely six stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m a driving instructor and my car was hit while stationary. I phoned Sandy at dash claims who got my car booked in for repairs. He supplied me with a Volkswagen T-roc while my car was in for repairs it was fantastic car. I had used my own insurance previously and they brought dual control car on a low loader from Manchester which needed valeted when I got it and took 6 weeks to repair my car. This was not the case with dash claims the car they supplied was of pristine condition and I was back in my own car within 10 days of the accident all repairs carried out were of the highest standard. Overall I highly recommend dash claims hopefully I don’t have another bump but if I do I will phone dash claims

I can’t recommend dash enough after my car got hit side on by a van. I phoned Sandy at dash and by 9am the next morning I had a dual control car delivered and I was back to work. My car is now repaired and the legal stuff was all dealt with by dash meaning avoiding multiple phone calls with insurance companies for me. What can I say about Dash Claims apart from if you have an non-fault accident, don't call your insurance company. If you want a first class, stress free experience, call Sandy at Dash Claims. I was involved in an accident, rear ended at a roundabout. Within an hour, Sandy had me in a replacement vehicle and one that was better than my own! Merely four days later, I was rear ended again, in the replacement vehicle. Within half an hour, Sandy had me in another vehicle. Not only that, but Dash have handled everything from start to finish, arranging solicitors, physio and anything else I needed. In an extremely stressful situation, Dash Claims were exactly what I needed. My insurance company could never have provided that service! Thank you! 🙏🏽

I contacted Dash claims on 2/7 after a car reversed into mine,After speaking with Sandy he explained the process clearly and precisely. On 4/7 I collected the hire car and my car was taken to secure facility,nationwide broker took details and by 10/7 claim had been settled by the third party.So from faultless accident to payment in the bank was 8 days and I still have the hire car for another week.The hire car is also being paid for by the third parties insurance. Out of pocket expenses £1 which was a deposit for the hire car. These guys @ Dash claims are amazing,friendly,knowledgeable and run a professional service, easy to deal with and what they don't know isn't worth asking. Not only did they handle everything but they also got me the best price for my car and the best salvage price too . Still can't believe how easy the process was. If your involved in a non fault accident I cannot recommend Dash claims highly enough. Hopefully I will never need to use them again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate in contacting them. Honestly can’t recommend Sandy and dash claims enough. He was the first person I called when I was hit by another vehicle on my last lesson of the day (after 5pm). From that moment Sandy became my assistant. I sent him my pictures and statements and then screenshots of messages and emails from the other vehicle insurer. Sandy dealt with it all. Only two forms for me to complete and sign and the next morning my car was swapped and in for repair. I collected it a week later fully repaired and valeted. Job done. No hassle. Sandy got it into a local repair agent to me and those guys were great too. Such a relief he was there to help I could just keep going with the day job - he moves mountains to keep you going. I recently hired a dual control car from Dash Claims while my own vehicle was off the road due to mechanical issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Sandy and his team were excellent from start to finish and made the whole process incredibly straightforward. I hired a brand-new VW T-Roc (26 plate), which was in fantastic condition and a pleasure to drive. The customer service was outstanding. The team picked me up from the train station and took me to their head office, and I was back on the road within 15 minutes of arriving. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. To make things even easier, they also collected the car at the end of the rental agreement for a small fee, which was a great convenience. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Dash Claims for taking care of my non-fault accident just under three weeks ago after I was involved in a hit-and-run by a large HGV lorry at a roundabout. I phoned Dash Claims straight away, and within just one hour of the accident, my car had been taken to the body shop and I was already in a hire car. This meant there was no disruption to my driving school business, and I was able to get straight back to work. I have to say I was slightly sceptical before the process, thinking how good can this possibly be. I have seen numerous adverts describing the experiences with Sandy at Dash Claims. I have to say the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional, from the constant updates to the professionalism shown. Highly recommend Dash Claims! My car was involved in being hit whilst stationary by a delivery lorry reversed into me and my car,. The company didn't want to go through their insurance, when I was happy for the repair the place that they sent me to get the repair advised me to seek help and highly recommend Dash Claims as there was unseen damage that would cost me later. Eric was so helpful and Sandy was outstanding! He took on my case and told me not to worry he would deal with it for me,I was a bit unsure about it but I am so glad Sandy had a courtesy car sorted out for me the next day all repairs where carried out within just over a week! If you have a non fault accident, Dash Claims should be your go to company. Sandy will look after you, guide you through the process and work to get you the best possible outcome. I had a non fault accident just 3 weeks ago. Car recovered half an hour after calling Sandy, and a replacement tuition car provided same day. Three weeks later the other side have admitted liability and paid out on my written off tuition car - and what a great value for the car Sandy was able to secure me. I can now move on and get a new car, my business continues meantime in the hire car. I really can’t recommend Sandy and Dash Claims highly enough, always available to answer any questions and has got this claim sorted fully in just 3 weeks! Explained the process thoroughly at each step, kept in contact throughout the process with constant updates through messages and phone calls at anytime, always at hand to answer any questions I had, big or small. Do not call your insurance broker after a Non Fault Accident, like I did. Dash Claims smashed it out the park for me. My EV Driving School car was hit from behind at a roundabout. Originally called my own insurance to be told it would take 2-4 days to source a replacement car. Was told that my car was a total loss leaving me with thousands of £’s negative equity. Decided to call Sandy at Dash Claims, supplied an EV Dual Control Replacement within 2 hours of my call and my car was repaired. Excellent service from start to finish, my car was involved in an accident while parked, the company handled everything brilliantly. I gave Sandy a call after it happened and he went though everything with me in great detail, he picked up my car the next morning, sorted a courtesy car quickly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. When i got my car back after repairs everything looked great including the mini valet which i wasn’t expecting making the car look brand new. Everything was smooth, stress-free, and hassle-free. Had a brilliant experience with Sandy and dash claims, they sorted my non fault claim out for me, including the repair which was completed at a very high level to arranging the hire car for me to use while the car was in the garage at no cost to me. As a driving instructor my car is invaluable to me. When I got rear ended it could have been a nightmare. With Dash it was a dream. Recently had the misfortune of being hit from behind waiting at a roundabout on a lesson. Having had a bad experience in the past dealing with my insurance company directly, even though it was a non fault accident, I decided to contact Dash Claims to see what they could do to help. Spoke to Sandy and he was so helpful and talked me through the process. He had a replacement dual control vehicle delivered the same day and recovered my own vehicle to take to the bodyshop to be repaired. What a service! This meant I had minimal disruption to my diary and lessons and kept me earning. The previous time I dealt with my insurance company directly and they took 2 weeks to get a replacement vehicle from England! Along with constant phone calls back and forward dealing with different companies, was just a headache from start to finish. Thats why I would recommend Dash Claims to anyone involved in an accident. After being in a rear end accident whilst a pupil was out on test, I called my insurance to report the accident and for support for the test the next day. With them being unable to help for the test the next day, Dash was recommended. I o Sandy a call and not only did he sort me out with a car for the test the next day but he took control of the insurance claim. He kept in touch with me with updates and the companies he has used were incredible. I had a replacement dual control car within 48 hours, my own car repaired and returned within two and a half weeks and the replacement car picked back up. Having been driving for almost 50 years with no accidents, I had the misfortune to be rear-ended in my driving school car, which was being driven by a pupil, on 1st of May this year. I put this down to being an occupational hazard of being a driving instructor however, on speaking to Sandy, I was convinced that this should not happen and that both my pupil and I should seek compensation due to the pain we both suffered as a result of whiplash. Sandy introduced me to Solicitors that he uses and 5 months later I received compensation from the blameworthy party. Contacted Dash Claims after my Non-Fault accident. My insurance company were fobbing me off for 6 days and trying to blame me. I had no car to get to my work. I was involved in a collision at roundabout July 2024. I tried to do what I thought was best and contacted my insurance company. Even though I hadn’t done anything wrong and had been side swiped by a van trying to cross my path from the right lane to exit. I was told that it would be very difficult to win the case. So I decided not to claim. I drove around for almost 5 months with a damage on my car. Wondering when the van driver would put in a claim. I saw a post on Facebook in December and decided to call Dash Claims. Spoke to Doogie and he arranged car hire and repair. They went out and took photos and videos of the roundabout and where I had been travelling from and it all tied in with the Dash Cam footage I supplied my Insurance company. Dash Claims sorted me legal representation and managed to get my repair sorted in only 8 days. But here is the best part, when the checks were done on the 3rd party, it turns out that we both had the same insurance company. Needless to say I’ve now changed insurer. The claim has now been settled in full with no liability to me. Thanks Doogie, you are a star.

I couldn't recommend Dash claims highly enough. After having a no fault Incident, I was passed Sandy's number. When I reached out, he and the team were more than happy to help. I arrived in Ayr, having forgotten to tell them when I was arriving, but nothing was to much trouble. Sandy came and fetched me from the garage and took me to their office to collect the hire car.
